The simple answer to this question is no Botox cannot be reversed. There is no known 'antidote' to Botox although this does not necessarily mean there is nothing that can be done if you experience certain unwanted results.
The body begins to form antibodies against the product. Eventually the antibodies will block Botox® from working, and the facial muscles will recover very rapidly. At that point, there is little point in getting further injections of Botox®. This resistance process typically takes months or years to complete.

Raising your blood pressure during a strenuous workout, or even doing a downward dog in yoga, can lead to additional swelling in the injection areas. Doing too much too soon can lead to painful bruising and swelling, and even alter your BOTOX results. So, take a week off and if you must do something, go for a walk.
Some products that may interact with this drug include: certain antibiotics (including aminoglycosides such as gentamicin, polymyxin), anticoagulants (such as warfarin), Alzheimer's disease drugs (such as galantamine, rivastigmine, tacrine), myasthenia gravis drugs (such as ambenonium, pyridostigmine), quinidine.
According to the latest research, zinc levels directly contribute to Botox efficiency and keep deep facial lines at bay for longer periods. A study conducted in 2012 shows that Botox duration increases by 30% in Botox patients who took 50mg of zinc daily.
Finally, Botox injections can be overridden by stress or other conditions that weaken the skin or interfere with our neurotransmitters. Stress is a particularly significant offender since it can cause our face to unconsciously wrinkle and contract, which lessens the hold that Botox has on our muscles.
Massaging it after 2 weeks, and repetitive trials to use it, have shown to help in some cases. Heating pads: DON'T apply heating pads until 2 weeks after treatment. After 2 weeks, apply heating pads can help increase the blood supply to the affected areas, allowing Botox to wear off faster!
How long does it take to detox Botox? For most patients, botox will stay in your body for 3 - 6 months.
In general, the effects of BOTOX last about 3 – 6 months, with the average results beginning to wear off after about four months. As with any treatment, of course, the longevity of the results will vary from patient to patient. Men typically require BOTOX injections more often than women, for example.
Drink Coffee
You should also avoid coffee before Botox. This is because coffee contains caffeine, which may trigger your blood pressure and increase the likelihood of bruising during the procedure. Will Exercising Long Term Effect Botox? Furthermore, alcohol can extremely dehydrate your body if you are overindulging. Being dehydrated can cause the injectables to decrease, intensify side effects, and leave you upset with the results. It is suggested you avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours after receiving injectables.
Zinc is known as a “Botox booster” based on a few studies. Zinc has been found to be effective in extending the effects of botulinum toxin injections up to 30 percent.
Microneedling after Botox will enhance the effect of Botox
Again, nothing topical can make your neurotoxins last longer because it can't penetrate to the physiological level where the neurotoxin works (at the connection between the nerve and the muscle).

Drinking after Botox can lead to a number of issues that may prolong your recovery. Alcohol has blood-thinning properties and is a vasodilator. This means that it causes more blood flow, and this can cause bruising and swelling at the injection site.
Answer: You should only experience muscle movement
Being botox a neuromodulator that relaxes the muscle movement, movement is the only feeling you should feel and see when Botox is wearing off. Besides the movement, the tiny creases and wrinkles you had in the area can restart to appear.
