Botox will work well for lip lines, Crow's feet, and other fine wrinkles. It has a high concentration and is slow-moving, making it perfect for these small areas. Dysport will work well for larger surface areas like the forehead and 11 lines.
11 lines are best treated by Dysport, which is typically reserved for deeper wrinkles. Crow's feet are more often treated by Botox, which avoids any 'drift' of the toxin toward the eyes.
Dysport is primarily used for correcting glabellar lines, the frown lines between your eyebrows. Dysport is a great option for those who have moderate to severe frown lines. Botox, on the other hand, can be used to treat many different types of wrinkles, including crow's feet, forehead wrinkles, and laugh lines.
On average, a Dysport injection will last for about three to four months, while a Botox treatment can last from four to six. While both of them use the same neurotoxin to prevent folds and lines from forming in the skin, they do have minor differences that can affect how long they last.
Generally, you can expect to start seeing Dysport results two to four days after your injections are administered. However, you shouldn't expect to see your final results within just a few days of your injection session. For that, you may need to wait 10 to 14 days.

While cheaper than Botox, it typically it takes twice as many units of Dysport to achieve the same result. According to self-reported reviews on Real Self, that average cost of Dysport is $450 dollars per treatment nationally. Botox injections average at a slightly higher rate nationally at $550 each session.
According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, as of 2019, the price per unit for Botox was $10–15. Forehead and eye-area treatments usually require about 30–40 units, putting the cost of a session at $300–600. At $4 per unit, Dysport is cheaper than Botox. People can expect to pay around $450 per session.
The amount of Dysport I use in the glabella ranges from 30 units to 60 units, with the starting dose usually at 45 units.

25 Units Of Botox On Average
On average 25 units of Botox will give your skin by your glabellar a full correction and will remove the 11 lines. The '11 lines' are the glabellar lines in between your eyes and eyebrows.
It sounds like the muscle has been knocked out with the dose you received. It will take many weeks or even months for the crease to smooth out and it is important to keep up with the Botox to keep those muscles knocked out or they will once again work on the overlying skin to reform the wrinkles.
The most frequently reported of these adverse reactions were headache, nasopharyngitis, injection site pain, sinusitis, URI, injection site bruising, and injection site reaction (numbness, discomfort, erythema, tenderness, tingling, itching, stinging, warmth, irritation, tightness, swelling).
How long does Botox take to work on 11 lines? On average, it can take Botox 4-7 days to show results on 11 lines as the neurotoxin gets into the right places to block signals from the nerves to the muscles. To get faster results, you may do facial exercises for the neurotoxin to travel faster.
The effects of Dysport may show up sooner, but Botox will last much longer than Dysport. However, this doesn't mean that Botox is always better than Dysport because there are some cases where you may need to remove wrinkles quickly for an upcoming event.
Dysport and Botox only stop the muscle that caused the wrinkle (11s). It does not repair the skin if it is already damaged.
