Blonde is Crowned the Sexiest Hair Colour of 2021!
When asked which hair colour they think is sexiest, almost a third of people said they have no preference. However, of those who did have a colour preference: Most say that blonde hair is the sexiest (31.5%)

What are the hair color percentages of the world? Black/dark brown hair makes up 75-84% of the world's population. 11% of the population is naturally brunette, 3% has blonde hair, and 2% has natural red hair.
Numerous studies point to brunette hair being more attractive. Take this 2011 study from dating app Badoo, for example. A couple of thousand UK men were polled and 33.1% of them revealed they found brunettes more attractive than blondes.
What hair color do guys find most attractive? Sorry blondes, but 60% of the men in question said they find brunette to be the most desirable. A third of the men polled (33.1%) said they think the most attractive hair color is brown hair, while 28.6% said they prefer black hair.
New research out of the University of Rochester found that guys think a woman is more interested in sex when she's wearing red. For their study, scientists showed men a pic of a woman wearing a red T-shirt, and another of her wearing a white T-shirt.

Dr. Piotr Sorokowski set up an experimental study exploring male hair color preference. The results of his research showed males did, generally, rate pictures of blonde hair as “more youthful,” and also maintained a preference for these women with regard to overall attractiveness.
Just as with blonde hair, red hair requires a little extra tender love and care. Hack admits that red hair is his favorite to color, but that she's noticed many women don't realize the extent of after-care that's needed. “Red is the hardest color to keep lustrous and the hardest color to remove,” she adds.
One study found that the red hair-green eyes genetic combination is one of the rarest, at -0.14 correlation. Having red hair and blue eyes is even rarer.
2023's strawberry blonde is a honey-toned copper blonde, and "a great way to fade out those reds from winter and start lightening the hair for spring and summer," says Las Vegas-based stylist Shelley Gregory, who recommends asking for a level seven or lighter golden copper.
