The wart will turn white and wrinkled – this is normal and a good sign that the skin is responding to the treatment. Every few days after soaking, scrape off the dead skin with a disposable razor, metal nail file (that can be sterilized) or by your doctor.

If there are many warts, treat the 3 largest ones. Since it's an acid, avoid getting any near the eyes or mouth. Also try to keep it off the normal skin. The acid will turn the wart into dead skin (it will turn white).

People need regular treatments every 1–2 weeks to prevent the wart from growing back. After 3–4 months of treatment, cryotherapy effectively removes warts in about 70% of cases. However, cryotherapy can cause blistering, which can last up to several days or weeks.

The gel should be applied to the wart, verruca, corn or callus every night. Treatment can take up to twelve (12) weeks for resistant lesions to disappear, and it is necessary to persevere with the treatment.
