If you want to undo the results of a perm, or relax a perm, wash your hair with Color Protecting Shampoo and Conditioner to cleanse and hydrate your hair, and to help relax your curls. Apply a deep conditioning treatment or hot oil treatment, cover your curls with a shower cap, and leave on for several hours.
An eyelash perm can last anywhere between four weeks to eight weeks. Eyelash perms use some potent chemicals, so they remain in a state of perm for a long period.
An oil-based cleanser is an excellent choice for removing all kinds of eyelash glues, including extensions. You can choose any eye-safe oil cleanser to do the job. The greatest benefit of oil cleansers is that you can rinse them away easily by adding a bit of water and rubbing.
To effectively remove this, again an oil-based product works best, so for your eyes you can use an eye makeup remover. We recommend using an oil infused micellar water as this has a very gentle yet effective formula and again the oil helps to dissolve the adhesive and eliminate any sticky residue left behind.
Baby oil is a great choice for removing eyelash adhesive glue and is widely used by adults who apply makeup since it won't hurt or damage the skin. Dab a cotton ball with some baby oil. Wipe the area around your eyes where the glue was applied. Rub the swab gently along your lashes and the lash band.
Use your tweezers or applicator to carefully peel the lash off after you have dissolved the adhesive. Once both lashes are removed, you can then dispose of them as pre glued lashes cannot be reused.
Apply waving lotion to straighten out the perm.

Avoid Water and Heat: Do not wet or wash your hair for at least 48 hours after getting a perm. Heat can also loosen curls, so avoid using hot tools like straighteners or curling irons too frequently.
The chemical reaction of perm solution reduces the bonds from cystine to cysteine. The neutraliser fixes the bonds into new shape and returning them to cystine. Over processed neutraliser will cause the bonds to revert back to cysteine.
There are quite a few types of oils that you can select to remove eyelash extensions. Coconut oil, mineral oil, olive oil, and castor oil are all effective and safe to use. However, if you are desperate to get your lashes off immediately without harming your skin, opt for coconut oil.
A steamy shower can help
Of course, this is not as effective as oil but it can definitely help. Start by gently wiping away any makeup or debris around your eyes. Then, step into a warm shower and let the steam surround you. Gently rub your lashes with a clean, dry cotton swab or your fingers to loosen the adhesive.
