Apply mineral spirits or acetone (nail-polish remover) to the stain and then scrub with an old toothbrush. Rinse the area with isopropyl alcohol and blot dry. Spray the stain with diluted dishwashing soap. Use a cloth or old toothbrush to work some petroleum jelly into the stain.
Mix one tablespoon of dishwashing detergent with one tablespoon of white distilled vinegar and two cups of warm water. Using a clean cloth, blot the lipstick stain with the solution and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Dip another cloth in cold water, gently sponge the stain, then blot dry with a paper towel.
When using hairspray as a lipstick stain remover, you want to use an old-school hairspray because they contain more alcohol, which is the ingredient that breaks down the stain. Spray hairspray onto the stain and let sit for at least ten minutes. Use a damp, clean cloth to dab the stain until it vanishes.

Stain removal: Toothpaste gets rid of lipstick, grass and ink stains on clothes, floors and walls. Apply a little toothpaste, rub gently and rinse immediately.
In addition to micellar water, an oil-based bi-phase makeup remover can help remove lip products. Look for a formula that specifically says it's safe to use on your lips, since some may only be meant for eye makeup. Shake it up, pour some out onto a cotton pad, and wipe the pad across your lips.
Grab a spare toothbrush, wet it, and then apply a cold cream or moisturizer. Slowly buff the toothbrush in circular motions over your lips until the color is gone. Not only will this remove the lipstick, but it will also exfoliate your lips for next time!
Lipstick is often made with a base of wax, color, and an emollient that can help to moisturize the lips and prevent them from drying out. Lip stain, on the other hand, is made with gel and typically includes a bit of alcohol, which can be quite drying to the lips.

The WD-40 Solution
Alternatively to remove lipstick stains or make-up stains, get hold of some WD-40 Multi Use Product and spray it onto a lint-free cloth. As above, if the stain is fresh, first dab at it gently, with an absorbent paper towel or white cloth to remove any excess.
To use isopropyl alcohol, sponge some onto the stain, then blot until the stain is removed. Rotate the cloth to a fresh area as the lipstick is transferred to it. To use hairspray, spray enough of it on the stain to dampen the area. Let the hairspray sit on the stain for a few minutes, then blot away the stain.
Follow these steps to get lipstick out of your carpet:

Rubbing Alcohol
Soak a cotton ball or the tip of a washcloth in rubbing alcohol and then rub it over the makeup stain. Rubbing alcohol is particularly effective at removing lipstick stains, since alcohol can break down oily and waxy stains.
To get them out, she says to “dampen the area with cold water and apply shaving cream directly onto the stain. Rub gently with your fingers or a soft toothbrush.” If you need a little extra potency, Ungaro recommends adding a drop of rubbing alcohol into the mixture and to continue rubbing gently.
