Many people don't realize that their scalp generates heat. This means that the heat of your scalp can activate the lightener (bleach) and cause it to lift faster at the roots than lightener on the rest of your hair.
Roots almost always go lighter, it's virgin hair (usually) and is less damage so they dye brighter and have nothing else to dye over except natural hair. Shampoo a few times to see if you can get your length to even out, and if not dye just your roots to match. Or leave it as is and pretend it was intentional lol.
Just remember, the hair closest to the head lightens faster than the rest of your hair due to the heat coming off your scalp, so in some cases an all-over application of one color can cause hot roots. But it's easy to avoid...
The root is the newest part of your hair, so that means that your hair is probably naturally wavy, but you've been treating your hair a little rough, making the wave come out. You've either been straightening it a lot, blow drying it a lot, or washing it too often with harsh products.
The roots always process quicker than the ends do, as the heat from the scalp causes a reaction with the developer in lightener that will make it develop much more quickly than the ends of your hair.
Bear in mind that colour cannot lighten pre-existing colour, so if you apply a lighter colour then it will only be able to lighten your roots, not your lengths. Colour can process faster at the roots than the lengths due to the proximity to the heat at your scalp.
Apply color to your roots first. Hair that's been previously colored is porous and soaks up color easily, but new growth requires more processing time. Leave color on your roots for the full time and only process ends for half the required time. It'll give you a nice even color from root to tip.

Try Toning
Toning is the process of canceling out warm and brassy tones — like orange — in your hair. This works especially well for blonde hair where the roots are slightly brassier or lighter than the rest of the hair. The right toner can help even out the color, but not all toners are made for the same hair color.
Blonde dysmorphia is the feeling that no matter how blonde you are, it's never quite enough. You might have natural blonde hair, or you might dye it blonde, but either way, you're always striving for that perfect shade of sun-kissed blonde that seems to be just out of reach.
You will usually find that hot roots appear on the first few centimetres of your hair, closest to your scalp and you'll find they look very warm - even bright, bright orange in some cases.
You Missed a Spot
For a more permanent solution, try applying the hair dye to the exact area you missed before. Make sure to position a mirror in the right spot so you can see it clearly. Or, turn to a professional hair colorist who will be able to seamlessly fill in any gaps in your hair color without overlap.
And secondly, as a blonde, your previously bleached lengths (even those close to your roots) are likely quite porous. This means they will soak the toner up quicker. Your roots, on the other hand, will be much less porous and therefore will not soak up as much of the toner.

5c hair type:
Type 5c hair texture has the tightest curl pattern among the other types. It forms a distinct "Z" shape and has a coarser texture. This hair type is often densely packed. Also, it requires extra care to maintain moisture and prevent breakage.
3A curls are large, loosely-looped spiral curls. At the root of the hair, 3A curls may start with a wave pattern, but the mid-shaft to ends are loose coils and even though you might have both waves and curls on your head, 3A curls will err more towards the curly side.
Coarse (Type C) hair can hold curls very well but can be difficult to style as it's typically less flexible and more susceptible to frizz.
Pick a lighter hair colour
A lighter colour will then look better. Your hair follicles produce less pigment as you're turning older. If there's no more pigment being produced in the hair follicles, your hair turns pigmentless.
