The duration of Restylane Defyne is 9-12 months in the cheeks, NLF, and marionette lines. It should be touched up about that time period. If several syringes are used in the same area, duration of the filler will be extended slightly.
What is the difference between Restylane and Restylane-L? Because Restylane-L contains a numbing substance, patients reported less discomfort with this injectable filler than with Restylane. The reduction in discomfort continues for up to one hour after the treatment.
