Some dermal fillers have been studied to last close to two years. The three fillers that tend to last the longest are Restylane Lyft, Restylane Defyne, Restylane Refyne, Juvederm, Voluma, Radiesse, and Sculptra.
Most of the time, HA based fillers (Juvederm, Restylane ) last anywhere from 6 to 18 months. In some individuals, they last a bit shorter or longer. Some other fillers such as Sculptra can last 2 years, but usually that is not a first choice for lip augmentation.

Radiesse can last approximately one year, where Sculptra can last approximately 2 years. It is necessary to note that results can vary based on how the body breaks down any type of dermal filler.
Restylane fillers typically last 6 – 18 months, depending on the target area.
How long do the results typically last? Just like any other skincare procedure, individual results will vary. “Some dermal fillers can last for 6 to 12 months, while other dermal fillers can last 2 to 5 years,” says Dr.
Juvéderm lasts slightly longer than Restylane on average. Restylane lasts for about 10 months, while Juvéderm lasts about a year. Bellafill can last five years without requiring maintenance treatments. Sculptra can last up to two years but requires some follow-up from a physician. The way the under eye filler is placed
The truth is that all hyaluronic fillers stay in the body for longer than a year, sometimes they last for 5 years (I've seen it). Over time the fillers gradually degrade from as our body creates and enzyme called hyaluronidase that cleaves the bonds of the sugar chains in the gel.
They are often recommended for significant volume loss and injected deep into tissue. Neither product is comprised of hyaluronic acid, meaning that they cannot be reversed or dissolved using Vitrase. In this sense, Sculptra (made of poly-L-lactic acid) and Radiesse, (made of calcium-based microspheres) are permanent.
With dermal fillers, most people think your skin will become wrinkly or saggy if you stop getting injections. This is not necessarily true. The effects of the fillers will wear off after months or years, but the treated area is likely to return to its original state.

You should give it at least two weeks for it all to settle. It should last a little longer since you got two syringes, but that varies depending on the type of filler and the person (some people metabolize the HA faster). Lip fillers last anywhere from 6 to 18 months! Good luck!
