Blackheads, or open comedos, are clogged pores that are filled with dead skin cells and oil, not dirt or grime as myth may suggest. The blackish portion of a blackhead — aka the sesame seed — is due to the oxidation of the dead skin cells and oil when exposed to air.
Pustules contain pus because the body is trying to fight against the dirt or bacteria that has entered the pore. Pus is a natural product of the immune system, which consists mostly of dead white blood cells.
Milia are small, bump-like cysts found under the skin. They are usually 1 to 2 millimeters (mm) in size. They form when skin flakes or keratin, a protein, become trapped under the skin. Milia most often appear on the face, commonly around the eyelids and cheeks, though they can occur anywhere.
Nodules are a type of hard pimple that can be large and painful. They form when an infected skin pore or follicle is located deep below the skin surface. Cysts are found deep below the skin when a pus-filled membrane forms around the infection.
Hard pimples are caused when dead skin cells, oil, and bacteria get under the skin's surface. Certain types of hard pimples should be treated by a doctor to prevent them from getting worse and leaving scars.

One reason a pimple keeps popping up in the same place is that the pore it developed in is damaged -- usually the result of too much picking. Prodding at a pimple can loosen the cell lining of the pore and cause the clogged oil to slip deeper into the skin, creating an inflammatory reaction.
A tiny pore called micropyle is located close to the hilum. It is this pore through which the germinating seed absorbs water and it also serves as a site for diffusion of respiratory gases.
A plantar wart looks like a small area of hardened skin, and it generally has tiny black dots in the center. These are small, clotted blood vessels that are referred to as wart seeds. This type of wart generally causes severe pain and discomfort, and it may be difficult to walk.
What are milia seeds? Milia seeds or milk spots are keratin-filled cysts that appear as whitish or yellowish spots on the skin. They are small, about 1-2 mm in size. They usually appear grouped together on the nose, cheeks or chin, although they can appear in other areas of the body too.
Nodular acne is characterized by hard, painful acne lesions deep under the skin. It often affects the face, chest, or back. Unlike regular pimples that often heal within a few days, acne nodules may last for weeks or months. They tend not to develop a white head and may remain as hard knots under the skin.

Milia happen when the dead skin cells don't slough away. Instead, they get caught under the new skin, harden, and form a milium. Milia can also happen because of: Skin damage from something like a rash, an injury, or sun exposure.
However, multiple sebaceous oil glands can be connected to each pore, so the sebum clogged beneath your initial pimple can lead to nearby pores getting clogged. This, in turn, leads to multiple pimples in one spot.
Common Warts
They may have black dots that look like seeds, which are really tiny blood clots. Typically they show up where the skin was broken, perhaps from biting your fingernails. (This can also transfer the virus from your hands to your face.)
To avoid spreading a seed wart to other parts of your body, don't pick or touch the wart. If you apply topical medication to the wart, wash your hands afterwards. If you have a seed wart on the bottom of your foot, change your socks and wash your feet daily.
Freezing a wart using cryotherapy is an effective wart removal option. Liquid nitrogen is applied to the plantar wart with a spray or cotton swab. This destroys the tissue and causes a small blister to form over the spot. In a week or so, the dead skin will be gone.
Seed funnel method involves a funnel attached to long tubes with sharp edges. Seeds are filled in the funnel, and are passed into the soil. However, seeds may not be placed uniformly and at equal heights, which may hinder the proper growth of plants.

If you have pushed a lot of the pus and debri back into the skin, you may get more severe and painful pimples as a result of inflammation. A popped pimple thus can take weeks to heal and leave deep marks behind.
If you attempt to pop a pimple and end up breaking your skin barrier, you risk permanent acne scarring. If your pimple contains infected pus, popping a pimple can spread bacteria into other pores and hair follicles, creating a bigger acne outbreak.
