I personally wash my hair once a week and deep condition with heat. I alternate between using Briogeo mask don't repair and Kera Care Humecto conditioner. I moisturize my hair every other day with a protein free moisturizer and seal with Jojoba oil. I also oil my scalp and do massages once a week.
