my (in order) steps usually include this:
  1. moisturizer.
  2. primer THEN.
  3. powder (yes)
  4. setting spray THEN.
  5. foundation (patting with sponge, bc buffing w/ a brush will cause your already-set powder to move around and cake up)
  6. concealer.
  7. one more VERY light coat of powder (pressed not brushed, also)
  8. one last layer of setting spray.
