Make sure after you wash and rinse you towel dry well as you want it damp but not wet. damp it's easier for product to penetrate the hair cuticles which are smoothed down once hair is dry, too wet and the hair cuticle is full of water and can't absorb product very well.
We recommend that you wash your hair twice with a clarifying shampoo to remove product residue and silicone build-up from the cuticle.
