Makeup Wipe Alternative 4: Cream Cleanser
Just like a gel cleanser, a cream cleanser can also be used to remove makeup without a wipe to kick off the process. If you have dry skin and hate that tight feeling that can happen after you cleanse and remove your makeup, this is definitely the option for you.
Step 1: Hold the cotton pad against your closed eyes for 20-30 seconds. This step is important and patience is key – waiting will help loosen the formula so it wipes off your lashes easier! Step 2: Gently slide the cotton pad down over your lashes – most of the mascara should slide off with it.
And lastly water, which can remove mascara, provided the mascara you use is designed to wash off with water.
Removes eye makeup
Since Vaseline is petroleum-based, it dissolves almost any kind of makeup gently and simply. And unlike some makeup removers, Vaseline is safe to use around your eye area. It's especially good at removing waterproof mascara.

Baby wipes are are made for baby's poop, pee, and snot. So while baby wipes may serve as an easy clean up tool for removing some grime and grit off your face, it can't remove most makeup, such as foundation, eyeliner, and waterproof mascara, which typically contain waxes and oils.
Use Vaseline® Jelly Under the Eyes
Now that your skin is clean and dry, it's time to apply a moisturizer to the skin that will help keep moisture in and keep skin from drying out. Putting a thin layer of Vaseline® Jelly under the eyes will lock in moisture, and form a protective barrier.
Even though it's safe, Vaseline can feel uncomfortable. Because it's thick, it can also make vision blurry if you get it in your eyes. If this happens, using eye drops with the same ingredients found in natural tears should restore your eye's comfort.
Vaseline can create the illusion of thicker, longer lashes, and can help retain some moisture. However, it cannot actually make your eyelashes or eyebrows grow longer. For that, you will need to consider other measures such as purchasing a lash serum or investing in some eyelash extensions.
