Babies start off hairy (think of fuzzy ducklings, baby elephants, etc.) The unibrow will likely disappear on its own by the time she's a toddler. If it's still there when she's a kid, you can discuss possible options with her then.
For plucking, the aesthetician recommends waiting until 20 to avoid accidental overtweezing. For waxing, she recommends waiting until at least 14, the year skin sensitivity starts to drop off.
If she says something like her hair growth is too dense or she wants to do it for hygienic reasons we think 13-16 years is a good enough age for a teenager to get her first waxing or threading experience.
The benefit to plucking and waxing is that both tend to have greater longevity over simply shaving. However, if your hair is thick and the roots are deep, there is likely to be a bit more pain involved when it comes time to pluck or wax.
A: There is very little to do for the unibrow in a child. All of the chemical hair removal products have at least the potential of causing a reaction or damaging the skin. Shaving and plucking are also not reccomended as they could cause pain and a slip of the razor could cause a laceration which may leave a scar.

In Tajikistan, a unibrow is viewed as an attractive quality in both men and women. For women, it is associated with virginity and purity and, in men, virility. If there is no unibrow present, or if it is weak, it is commonplace for women to use a kohl liner or a modern kajal pen to simulate a unibrow.
Do not shave your toddlers face. Side note; I was made fun of for having a unibrow (I wouldn't even really notice it was such fine hair but definitely was a bit of a unibrow) when I was about 10 by a mean girl in school. I went home and plucked it straight away and felt much better ever since. Just no!
Most underage clients are between 13-15 years old. It's not unheard of for young people to turn to waxing when they need to groom their eyebrows, or (for boys) remove chest hairs. When dealing with younger clients, estheticians should explain the process clearly and give a heads-up before doing anything.
