To end the workout, press the button again and select Finish. Swipe up to view your workout summary. Tap the check mark to close the summary screen. To check your GPS data in the Fitbit app, select the Today tab tap Exercise days.
To end the activity, Press & Release the side button (once or twice) to pause the exercise, and press & release it again to display the Finish screen. Tap on Finish and the exercise is stopped.
Open watch settings in wearable app on your phone, go to sleath and deactivate inactivity reminders and workout autodetection (or just notification about autodeteded workout).
From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the Exercise days tile. Tap the exercise you want to edit or delete. To delete the exercise, tap the trash icon or 3 dots icon Delete Exercise. To edit the exercise, tap the pencil icon.

The Charge 6 is an upgrade of 2021's Fitbit Charge 5. On the outside, the two products are nearly identical. Ending a Workout
To end a workout touch the screen for a second until a menu appears and then select '"End" from that menu.
How do I set or change my Fitbit goals? From the You tab in the Fitbit app, scroll down to Goals and tap See all. Tap the goal you want to edit. Edit the value of the desired goal and tap Set Goal.
