Male cadets will be clean-shaven daily. Mustaches are the only facial hair authorized for male cadets. Mustaches must be trimmed so that the hair does not fall below the top edge of the upper lip and does not extend past the corners of the mouth. Beards of any kind are NOT authorized.
Cadets should be modest in wearing jewelry. Avoid excessive and gaudy jewelry. Facial rings (nose, eyelids, tongue, lips,) are prohibited at all times for males and females. Males will not wear earrings while on duty in JROTC.

Is JROTC or Leadership like boot camp? No. The JROTC course is a leadership and character education program that does not rely on harsh discipline techniques like a boot camp.

If a Cadet want to enlist in the Military; the Cadet may be promoted and making up to $300.00 more per month that someone that doesn't take JROTC.

When outdoors and in uniform, sunglasses and eyeglasses must have lenses and frames that are conservative; faddish or mirrored lenses are prohibited. Sunglasses are not allowed while in a military formation.
