The frontalis muscle needs a decent amount of movement in order to maintain the proper brow lift. In some instances, Botox injections can cause the brow to descend, causing crowding of the upper eyelids, giving a drooping appearance.
Sometimes, we can help the eyebrow to lift by giving Botox to the muscle that pulls it down, Orbicularis Oculii. This is the same muscle that wraps around the eye to close it. Injecting it laterally in very specific points can help lift the eyebrow without affecting the movement of the eyelids.
Because the frontalis muscle is an eyebrow elevator, placing too much product too far laterally in the forehead can entirely block the frontalis muscle and lead to a droopy eyebrow. In patients who are younger, typically in their mid-30s to early 40s, usually this is not a significant consequence.

You treated the frontalis muscle (which is the muscle that lifts the eyebrows- when your raise your brows in the pre-photo- those are the lines you wanted to treat). So you will need to just have them treated with less product next time. I would also talk to your doctor about dysport.
In general, you should begin to see results between 24 and 72 hours, but some patients may not see full results for five days or more.
