Baby Oil
When it's time to remove your self-tanner, simply slather your skin with the baby oil and leave it on for a few minutes. Then rinse it off in the shower using a loofah or washcloth. Once you hop out of the shower, you'll likely notice that the colour of your self-tanner has gone down a shade or two (woohoo!).
A gradual tan typically lasts around 3-5 days. Consistent application can extend the duration, and regular moisturisation helps maintain the colour.
We recommend that during the 6-8 hour period following application, whilst your tan is developing, you should avoid contact with water on skin. However, once your glow is fully developed, you can shower and bathe as normal- your tan will fade evenly over the course of 7 days.
Tanning lotion also doesn't take long to develop and can be washed off after two to three hours. Meanwhile, mousse and gradual tanners take at least six to eight hours to develop. You can shower immediately after using a tanning oil since that's a natural tan and not a solution that can be washed off.

Apply washing-up liquid or shampoo to the stain
Washing-up liquid is a true grease remover and suntan lotion is often based on oil. Dab the washing-up liquid on the sun cream stains. Leave to absorb a little while and then put the garment in the washing machine.

The initial development of your gradual tan will take place over the first 2–4 hours after application, so you should avoid showering during this initial period to allow your tan to develop properly. After this, showering every day should not make your tan slower to develop.

AFTER THE TAN
Shower lightly in cold – lukewarm water for 45 seconds ONLY after your desired development time. Use plain water, don't use shower gels, scrubs, shampoos or loofah during the first 24 hours after your treatment. Pat your skin dry. Do not rub or scrub your skin.
