Getting Botox before microblading is not advisable because once the effect of Botox wears off, your eyebrows would restore their original position, leaving you with a distorted shape. If you are planning to get both treatments, then combine them in a way that microblading is done first and Botox later.
In most cases, your permanent makeup artist will advise you to get your microblading BEFORE getting botox. And, when you have had microblading done, it's best to wait for at least 4 weeks before you go ahead with your botox appointment.
Most of the plastic surgeons, dermatologists agree that 2 weeks is a safe period to wait before getting Microblading done after Botox injections (of course, if there are no complications). It's the time when the injected substances reached its full effect on the facial muscles.

Combining microneedling and Botox is often done together to achieve optimal results for each client. It's safe as long as the client waits for two weeks after the Botox treatment so that the injectable has already “settled” in the treatment area before the microneedling procedure.
While it may be tempting to combine Botox and microneedling to get the best of both worlds, it's best not to do it at the same time. The two processes can definitely compliment one another, but Botox needs to be administered to healthy, intact skin, and microneedling creates many, many micro wounds.

Please ensure you have allowed adequate time (at least 2 weeks) for any permanent makeup or injectables to heal prior to Microneedling.
4. Do NOT receive facial/microdermabrasion, laser treatments or eyebrow wax directly after BOTOX® and Dysport® injections. You are free to schedule these appointments before receiving botox or the following day.
Do not work out or sweat heavily the day of the procedure (or 2 weeks after) Do not tan or have a sunburned face the day of the procedure. No waxing or tinting 3 days before procedure. Stop taking aspirin, niacin, vitamin E, fish oil, CoQ10 and ibuprofen 48 hours before procedure.

Avoid exfoliants, retinols, and vitamin C
Avoid any skin care product that contains harsh chemicals meant to exfoliate. Avoid anything that's scented, and don't use glycolic acid or alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs). Retinol and vitamin C serum should be avoided for at least the first 48 hours after microneedling.

Botox is approved for patients who are 18 years and older and most experts agree that patients in their mid to late 20s and early 30s are at a good age for preventative Botox treatment.
