I have placed a layer of Saniderm over your tattoo. Please try to minimize touching and moving the area as much as possible.
It's fine you can use your fingers and squish it out if you want. Saniderm and all the other products are membranes and the liquid will eventually evaporate. It won't mess your tattoo up, it won't infect you. Same thing happens to me every time I wear saniderm and have a shower.
Once the final bandage has been removed, continue caring for the tattoo by washing and moisturizing as needed, until the tattoo is fully healed. The tattoo may appear to be fully healed on the surface once your second Saniderm bandage comes off. However, deeper layers of skin will still be repairing for 2-4 months.
You shouldnt keep saniderm on for 7 days. 3-4 days is the correct length of time. At this point if the tattoo isn't completely sealed in the saniderm then you should just remove it and care for it as usual. Keep it clean and your hair out of it if your hair is long.
If you have a healing layer like second skin or saniderm over your tattoo, the best option is to keep it on for the first night (or the first few if it stays put).
Saniderm bandages are engineered to be waterproof so that you can continue to shower daily as normal while healing your new tattoo. However, excessively warm water may weaken the bandage's adhesion, which can allow unwanted contaminants to get underneath the bandage, putting you at risk of infection.
If your artist did not recommend re-wrapping, just let the tattoo stay exposed to air overnight. Every day from then on, you will wash the tattoo in the morning and at night, and apply lotion 3 times a day or so, or whenever the tattoo feels dry or tight.

Alternatively, if the fluid that collected beneath your Saniderm has dried out or has become itchy or uncomfortable, it is perfectly okay to remove the bandage and begin washing/caring for your tattoo -- even if this happens before the 3-5 day mark!
There is no need to worry about Saniderm negatively affecting your ink at all. In fact, customers report that their tattoos retain more of the vibrant color of fresh ink after using Saniderm, compared to tattoos that have healed by other methods.
Saniderm's adhesive will not attach to the weeping area (the oozy part) of a tattoo, therefore it can never damage or pull out ink.
The thick petroleum in anti-bacterial ointments can cut off oxygen and suffocate the healing wound. This can also draw the ink from the tattoo to the surface of the skin, causing color to fade. If using Saniderm, you don't need to apply anything to your tattoo before applying the bandage.
After 3-5 days, remove Saniderm while in the shower. If there is so much fluid buildup under Saniderm that you suspect the bandage may begin to leak or burst, you can remove it and apply a new bandage. Because a new tattoo is an open wound that is secreting blood and lymph fluid, you may find that your new tattoo smells bad underneath the bandage.

Tattoo will look fuzzy and full of liquid under bandage; this is normal as the tattoo will continue to weep and release ink and fluid for 12-24 hours after initial session. The degree of fluid will depend partially on how heavily the tattoo was shaded.

In the first twenty-four hours there may be a build up of blood, ink, and/or plasma underneath the Saniderm. This is completely normal. You do not want to leave the build up for more than one day. Remove Saniderm when there is build up, clean and dry the tattooed area and re-apply.
Leave the cling film on for 2 to 3 hours after getting your tattoo. This initial period helps protect the new ink from bacteria and environmental contaminants. Once you remove the initial cling film, avoid re-wrapping your tattoo unless necessary.
Sleep on a clean surface
Avoid sleeping directly on the tattoo, as the friction from the sheets can disrupt the healing process. Be sure to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your tattoo artist and use a clean pillowcase or bedding to promote a healthy healing process.
Keeping your new tattoo covered for at least the first night or two will help reduce the risk of it leaking onto your bedding and lower the risk of infection. After your tattoo has been finished, it may have been wrapped in some form of protection, such as cling film or other protective material.
