This stuff is great, made my lips soft and gives a natural looking tint to lips. I've let other friends use it in lieu of chapstick, and it's looked great on a variety of skin tones. Very subtle, natural looking color, but a definite difference from natural nude.

Sucking or licking the lips
Newborns have a strong sucking instinct, so they may continue to suck or lick their lips even when they are not feeding. This can cause the lips to become dry because the saliva on them evaporates and leaves them more dehydrated than before.

Acrocyanosis happens when small blood vessels shrink in response to cold. This is very normal in infants during the first few days after birth. In older children, circumoral cyanosis often appears when they go outside in cold weather or get out of a warm bath. This type of cyanosis should go away once they warm up.
