You can try washing with Dawn dish soap. It may remove some of the new dye If done quick enough. If you can't afford to go to a salon or there are none open for you to go to, you can try using a toner that will help tone down the new hair dye color.
head and shoulders (and most medicated dandruff shampoos) ARE in fact very stripping of deposit dyes. overtone which op used is one of those. the conditioner shouldn't, these shampoos are just really stripping/cleansing and deposit dyes are always washing out a little. all you can do is minimize it not prevent it.
