During this two week period, the hyaluronic acid in your filler will settle into your dermal tissues and begin to interact with the water in your skin. This process will hydrate your skin and give you a healthy, youthful appearance.
The filler can take several weeks to soften and settle into your skin. This means that patients won't see the ultimate results of their treatment immediately. Although individual results will vary, many people achieve the full effect within two weeks after receiving their injections.
Lip filler may cause the treatment area to feel swollen, hard, or lumpy at first, but this is all part of the healing process, and the fillers will soften and settle over time.
You'll see immediate results with lip fillers, but once the swelling goes down, the results will not look quite as pronounced. It typically takes about 4 weeks for the filler to settle in and achieve the final, desired look. The results will typically last about 6 months.
Patients tend to report that lip swelling is the worst the first day after their injection, particularly in the morning. Swelling should go down within 2–3 days after your lip filler treatment, and should subside completely within 2 weeks post-treatment.
At two weeks after the soft tissue filler treatment, they will be settling in. Still, usually, there'll be a considerable amount of swell; however, many people could take pictures at this phase that will look fine.

Do Your Lips Feel Hard After Lip Fillers? It is common for filled lips to feel stiff and firm during the first two weeks after the injection. Everything will go back to normal once the swelling has subsided, which is approximately the same amount of time you have to wait for the final results to appear.
Lumpiness is very common to feel in your skin in the days after injection of dermal filler into the face, including the upper lip body and the cheeks and the chin area and along wrinkles and folds when injected to lift these. It will usually resolve within a couple of weeks.

Massaging freshly injected lips risks moving the filler around causing the possibility of desportation and undesirable results.
Enter: hyaluronidase. Whether it's the lips, under the eyes, in the cheeks, or any of the other areas where HA filler is placed, injecting hyaluronidase can speed up the degradation process and reduce plumpness and/or lumpiness in a matter of days.
The most common cause of lumps after a filler treatment is swelling and bruising from the injections themselves. These should naturally subside within the first week.
Not to worry though, lumps following a filler treatment are completely normal. The lumps you may experience are often caused by swelling and bruising of the treated area. We would not recommend massaging or using force to reduce the lumps yourself, as this may impact your final results.
Drink plenty of water. HA based fillers such as Juvederm work by using the water naturally stored in our tissues, by drinking plenty of water after having a dermal filler treatment it helps the filler hold its chaos and last for longer.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I MASSAGE LIP FILLER? Lumps that are noticeable 5-7 days after the treatment can take 2-3 days to dissolve with lip massage. So repeat the massage 2-3 times a day until your lumps disappear and your lips feel smooth and even.
Although extremely rare, dermal fillers are able to migrate within the skin if consistent and adequate pressure is applied to them. For this reason, we advise patients not to get a facial, massage (on the treated skin), or microdermabrasion for the first two weeks following their filler injections.

you can massage the fillers and have some movement, especially the first day or so. I would be careful though and make sure you speak to your injector first as you can also move the filler out of the lip and undo the work you had done.
Answer: Dissolving Juvederm can be done at anytime, but usually wait at least a week after injection. Using hyaluronidase to dissolve Juvederm can be done at anytime. The results of a treatment take about 7-10 days to fully appreciate because Juvederm tends to spread a little. I'd wait, but it's up to you.
Dermal fillers are instant, so you can see a visible result immediately after injection. It takes up to 4 weeks for the filler to fully integrate into the tissue and some fillers are more cohesive than others.
If your lip fillers have migrated, it will almost always be noticeable visually. This can be presented in many ways; from a puffy upper lip, a lack of a defined border between the lip edge and above and/or below the lip border.
You may experience considerable swelling during the first two days of getting a lip filler injection. However, this swelling should subside by the fourth day. If you experience extreme swelling three or four days post treatment, you should consult your doctor or dentist immediately, as it may be something serious.
