Color Remover- I used a color remover and now my hair looks orange, why? Color removers shrink color particles allowing them to be washed away, it takes your hair BACK to the previous chemical process/color which in many cases is a brassy color due the peroxide that was used to achieve your previous color.
Underlying Pigments: Natural hair color contains various pigments, primarily eumelanin (dark) and pheomelanin (light/red). When you bleach or lighten hair, the darker pigments are removed first, often leaving behind the warmer, reddish tones, which can appear orange.
If your hair is significantly orange, you'll either need to bleach/remove the color or use a toner to darken the orange to something more neutral. A demi-permanent dye that is an ash blonde or light brown will help. It must be ``ash'' colored (adding green/blue to cancel out the orange).
After removing the color, the hair will always have a warmer touch. The orange or yellow tones that remain in the hair come from the developer that was used in the previous coloring. You can easily correct these unwanted warm tones either by coloring your hair to the shade you wanted or by using hair toner.

To do this you want to use products with a blue base pigment that are dark enough to really cover and cancel out the orange. Above I recommended the Wella 7a or 8A with a mix of the Wella 050 Toner and that is definitely the way to make orange hair ash brown.
You should visit your hairstylist and ask them to correct the orange. It means she didn't leave the bleach long enough and the hair didn't lift to the proper level so that you would be blonde and NOT orange. This is something she needs to know.. and if she can't fix it, find another stylist.
