Don't use oil if you have hairfall
Unlike what many might think, oiling may not always be beneficial when trying to treat hairfall. If the cause behind your hairfall is dryness in the roots only in that case oiling can be helpful.
Aloe vera
This allows the hair follicles to grow healthier, softer and shinier. If you haven't used aloe vera to stop hair fall, do so right away by massaging the gel of fresh aloe vera on the scalp. Leave on for about 20-30 minutes before washing with water.

This includes walnuts, peanuts, cereals, milk, and egg yolks. Other foods that contain this vitamin are whole meal bread, salmon, pork, sardines, mushroom and cauliflower. Fruits that contain biotin include avocados, bananas and raspberries.
There's no strong evidence to support using biotin for hair growth or to prevent hair loss in people without a deficiency. Because hair thinning and poor hair growth are sometimes associated with a biotin deficiency, correcting a deficiency can help restore hair growth in some people.
