Y Lift – the 30-minute miracle facelift. The Y Lift is a minimally invasive facelift, or better described as a facial contouring procedure, which accentuates the cheekbones, under eye area, defines the jawline and lifts the upper neck.
The entire Y LIFT® procedure takes under 30 minutes. Prior to the procedure, lines will be drawn on your face with surgical markers to guide Dr. Cynthia Lopez. A numbing agent will be administered onto the face to prevent any pain or discomfort.
A Y-lift is a minimally invasive procedure that can work wonders. This procedure is designed to contour and enhance cheekbones, add volume to drooping facial areas, redefine the chin and jawline, and reduce sagging on the upper neck. The treatment is quick, painless, and requires no downtime.
Is Y Lift permanent? Because the Y Lift utilizes dermal fillers as opposed to removing excess tissue or permanent facial implants, it wont be a permanent result. Most patients with maintenance can expect to experience the full benefits of the Y Lift for 2-3 years.
Based on Ayurvedic principles, the Miracle Lift eases muscle tension, soothes eye strain, decreases puffiness and can even alleviates sinus issues. But it's the lifted appearance that's got high-profile fashion clients talking.
How is Y LIFT Performed? A specialized blunt titanium instrument is inserted beneath the skin and muscle. The muscles are lifted by the instrument and FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers are then injected to hold the muscle in its newly elevated place.
A thread lift is a type of procedure wherein temporary sutures are used to produce a subtle but visible "lift" in the skin. Instead of removing the patient's loose facial skin surgically, the cosmetic surgeon simply suspends it by stitching up portions of it.
Thread lifts have been reported to hurt 70% more than dermal fillers. Even though thread lift uses anesthetic during the procedure, clients will experience pain. Dermal fillers is less invasive compared to thread lift and has no recovery time.
A mini facelift involves the placement of incisions in front of the ears which extend from the hairline to the bottom of the earlobe. The surgeon will then gently pull the skin and tissues up and outward the ear. Excess skin and tissue are removed to tighten the appearance of the skin.
Some patients find that their breast lift results last for well over 15 years while others may seek minor cosmetic alterations sooner. On average, breast lift results last for 10 to 15 years.
Cervicoplasty, also known as a neck lift, lasts between two and three hours. However, if cervicoplasty is performed in conjunction with other procedures, such as a forehead lift, facelift or liposuction, you may be under anesthesia for over three hours. First, Dr.
A face-lift can give your face and neck a more youthful appearance. Face-lift results are not permanent. With age, the facial skin may begin to droop again. In general, a face-lift can be expected to last 10 years.
A liquid eye lift involves the use of several injectable facial fillers to lift, plump, fill, smooth, and re-contour the treatment area. The filler is injected under the skin using a fine needle. Your treatment plan will probably also include Botox® Cosmetic to relax the muscles and diminish wrinkles.
The procedure is minimally invasive as it involves just having one deep stitch on each side of the head buried in the hair line, with a dissolving skin suture, so the scarring is hidden. This procedure gives a "mini-lift" and is a compromise for those who don't wish to undergo a full standard facelifting operation.
Ultherapy, which means (Ultrasound Therapy) is a non-invasive and non-surgical treatment used to improve, lift, and tighten loose skin and wrinkles. This is usually done on the face and other parts of the body where loose skin occurs.
How Long Does a Liquid Facelift Last? Results will be visible immediately and can last anywhere between six and 24 months. The duration is largely dependent on the type of filler used in the treatment, the amount of filler used, and the location of the filler injections.
In most cases, a mini facelift will last around ten years easily before another lift is needed. A full facelift can last approximately double that at twenty years. Many patients find that the results last even longer with a few more years for both the mini facelift and full facelift.
A thread lift is a minimally invasive facelift that can instantly tighten and lift areas compromised by volume loss and sagging such as the nasolabial folds, neck, cheeks, jowls, eyebrows, and eyelids.
Neck lift surgery (platysmaplasty) is the most effective, but also most invasive, treatment for jowls. It may be the only option available to patients with severe jowls or substantial laxity.
Sleep on your side
Sleeping on your side, or even on your stomach, results in pressure on your face. You need to avoid this for about a week after your thread lift procedure. Try to sleep on your back with your head propped up on a pillow to minimize swelling after a thread lift.
A follow-up treatment every 12 months is the best way to maintain your results. If you're interested in having additional threads placed, perhaps to treat a different part of the body, we can make a recommendation about the timing of that treatment.
A thread lift will stimulate collagen whereas Botox will not. Botox works differently to a thread lift because it effectively paralyses the muscles which are used to create wrinkles. It can also be used around the eye area where threads may not be suitable.
Thread correction refers to low-traumatic methods and is considered a relatively painless procedure.
The thread lift may do an excellent job of pulling the jawline, jowls and chin right back up close to the bone, instead of drooping. The thread lift creates a much more youthful-looking facial profile without the need for dramatic surgery, which for the cost, can be worth it for men and women alike.
The complications includes minor pain, swelling, rippling, dimpling, bruising, bleeding at the entry or exit sites, edema, asymmetry, dysesthesia, skin irregularities, and inflammatory reactions.
