Princess® FILLER Lidocaine (PFL) is a soft tissue filler manufactured by Croma-Pharma GmbH containing HA and lidocaine hydrochloride as a supplemental anesthetic. HA is a natural component of human skin; hence, PFL is naturally absorbed, with the lifetime of the device anticipated to be 6–9 months.
Princess is much newer, and there are no head to head studies compared to Juvederm or Restylane. Ultimately, the duration of the filler depends on how it is injected, how much, which product, and which area of the face (e.g. lips last the shortest amount of time).
Duration Of Effect
Princess Filler is expected to last between 6 to 9 months and Volume between 8 to 12 months.

Which Juvederm lasts the longest? Juvederm Voluma lasts the longest of all the Juvederm products. It is very thick and is great for building and creating volume. Voluma is beautiful for the cheeks and jawline, and can even be used to treat marionette lines.
Hyaluronic acid based products are considered one of the safest in dermal fillers, particularly those made from synthesized HA, which is made in bacteria instead of using human or animal tissue.
