At a level 10, most of the warm pigment in hair has been removed and the rest is toned out with cool tones. If your hair is dark-medium golden blonde this shade would be perfect to use to go lighter for a natural light blonde result.

Hairdresser Tip: Do not use a level 9 toner over level 8 hair. . Level 8 is comprised of Gold = yellow AND orange. If you use a level 9 to tone, what will happen is your formula will lack control and it will be too shear. . Instead, try using ash for control with a gold beige for light reflection.
While the toner did slightly darken the hair, it really does not have much of an effect on hair this shade. I wouldn't recommend it for orange hair.
If your bleached hair looks more yellow than orange, you'll need a purple toning shampoo to neutralise the yellow. If your hair's turned orange, you'll need a blue toning shampoo to tone the brassiness and get rid of the orange.

Step 7: Wash it
Use lukewarm water, too hot or cold of water can shock your hair in its already fragile state. Make sure to completely rinse out the bleach and gently wash your hair to get out all the product.
If you have any orange left in your hair, T14 is probably the best for your hair over T18. T18 is only effective if your hair is a level 10 or higher (purely yellow). Putting the wrong toner in your hair won't necessarily harm it, but it likely won't affect the color at all.
