Following your laser appointment, it's important to avoid any exercise that will raise your internal body temperature and lead to a lot of sweating and redness. You can participate in low-impact activities like going for a walk (as long as it's not too hot outside) or stretching.
Workout Tips between Laser Hair Removal Sessions
Most patients wait the recommended 48 hours for their skin to recover and then continue their regimen. If you develop a rash or experience skin irritation, you shouldn't resume your workouts until you've recovered.
Most sources recommend waiting at least 24-48 hours after laser hair removal before returning to your regular exercise routine, including weight lifting. This is because the skin may be sensitive and prone to irritation immediately after the treatment.
LASIK surgery and exercise
Safe activity guidelines after refractive surgery include: No swimming and exposing your eye to water for a minimum of 2 weeks until your eye heals. No strenuous exercise and contact sports for up to 1 month.

For the first 2 to 3 days after your treatment:
