If your BMI is between 25 and 30: Overweight You are considered over
People who are overweight (BMI of 25–29.9) have too much body weight for their height. People who are obese (BMI of 30 or above) almost always have a large amount of body fat in relation to their height.
under 18.5kg/m2 – you are considered underweight and possibly malnourished. 18.5 to 24.9kg/m2 – you are within a healthy weight range for young and middle-aged adults. 25.0 to 29.9kg/m2– you are considered overweight.
It is estimated that as many as one-third of the population qualifies as "skinny fat" with a BMI between 18.5 and 24.9. "Skinny fat" people may look trim and healthy in their clothes, but a closer look reveals lots of flab which promotes inflammation, a core root of most of our health problems.

24 – 26% Body Fat
This body fat percentage is considered the low range of average for women in many body fat charts. At this level of fat, a woman is generally considered to look slim, but not too skinny. Curves in the hips, thighs and buttocks will be apparent at this range.
