Moles and beauty marks were a famous trend from the 80s. Think of Madonna and other celebs who seemed to have beauty marks on their face throughout this decade. More often than not, they used black liner or something to that effect to create it. Similar to how people give themselves freckles with makeup products now.
18th Century Europe
Although initially used by many to cover smallpox scars, artificial beauty marks soon became a fad among aristocrats in various parts of Western Europe, such as France and England.
Beauty consisted around the fitness and nutrition craze in the 80s, encouraging athletically toned bodies, bodysuits, and tracksuit bottoms. Supermodel and bodybuilding became a sensation, along with leg warmers and big hair.
Whether you wanted bold red, frosted pink, or metallic mauve, there were a variety of options to match your style. Lip liner was common, used in a slightly darker shade than the lipstick color to create a solid outline.
Fuschia, Rose, and wine colored lipsticks were popular, most were frosted. Any blue, purple, or pink eyeshadow will do. I wore a Covergirl quartet eyeshadow set that was more earth toned (frosted gray, rust, lavender, and pink pearl) with Teal eyeliner almost the entire decade. Many wore a Smokey eye for daywear.

Velour, velvet, and polyester were popular fabrics used in clothes, especially button-up and v shirts. Looser pants remained popular during this time, being fairly wide but straight, and tighter shirts were especially popular, sometimes in a cropped athletic style.
For lipstick, hot pink and fuschia were among the most popular hues of the decade—the more pigmented, the better.
By the late-80s and early-90s the New York hip hop and streetwear scene had caught on, and puffers, bubble coats and padded varsity jackets were worn by skaters and rappers, including Tupac, P Diddy (aka Puffy) and Salt-n-Pepa.
Silicone, that versatile gel used frequently in breast implants, was used for lip injections in the 1960s, but the cosmetic community moved on to bovine collagen in the 1980s. Collagen is a protein that provides structure and keeps lips (and skin in general) round and plump.
The decade, characterized by eye-straining fabric colors and patterns, acid wash jeans, shoulder pads, massive, dramatic earrings, pearls, and big hair, had people confidently expressing themselves with their Style. Big, vibrant, and brilliant certainly capture the essence of 1980s fashion.

The '80s was the decade when women thought they could have it all – career, husband, and children. Most Americans were comfortable having female doctors, lawyers, mayors, and bosses, and the number of women attending college surpassed men. The decade also narrowed the wage inequality gap.

JEWELRY STYLES
As the decade opened, the focus in jewelry was on gold and diamonds. Thin gold chains were worn in multiples as bracelets and, in various lengths, as necklaces, often with gold charms and small gem-set pendants.
The makeup fan said: "If we want to look younger, we want to stay away from really harsh colours." She advised that claret, raisin and bright red may be a no-go if you're looking to take a few years off your look.
Hairstyles in the 1980s included the mullet, tall mohawk hairstyles, jheri curls, flattops, and hi-top fades, which became popular styles. Amongst women, large hair-dos, puffed-up styles, permanent waves, and softer cuts typified the decade.
