Eyebrow drop is so annoying to patients but thankfully the effects of Botox are not permanent. The eyebrows can start rising even before the full effect of Botox on the forehead wears off. It might take 4-6 weeks, but the eyebrow will be back to it's normal position for sure.
Fortunately, a peaked eyebrow can easily be fixed. It takes up to two weeks to see full effects of your Botox treatment, so it's important to be patient and wait at least that long before doing anything. Sometimes certain muscles or parts of muscle relax faster after a Botox treatment than others.
It's highly recommended that you move your face around a lot after getting Botox. This includes smiling, frowning, and raising your eyebrows. It's similar to facial exercises, minus the touching. Facial movement may look — and feel — silly, but it actually helps the Botox work better.
Botox may cause your eyebrows to look slightly uneven for as long as the treatment lasts. It's also possible that the “frozen” appearance of the muscle will slightly relax a couple of days or weeks after you first get the injections.
Botox injections of the forehead typically involves the frontalis muscle which is responsible for raising the eyebrows. An eyebrow droop can also occur as a result of over-relaxation of the frontalis muscle, while trying to erase horizontal forehead lines and wrinkles.
Side effects of forehead Botox injections
In addition, if too much Botox is injected into the forehead, the brow can actually look heavier and move the eyebrows down with the result being that the eyes look smaller and the eyelids heavier.
Botox is an effective way to smooth out those lines without surgery. A brow lift with Botox involves injecting Botox directly between the brows to relax the muscles underneath. This lets the upper forehead muscles “pull” the eyebrows back up and into their original place, allowing the skin to smooth out.
Typically, a “Spock Brow” is due to overtreating depressors and/or undertreating elevators in the outer half of the forehead. It can be corrected by placing a small amount of Botox into the elevators in the outer forehead.

This issue can be fixed by adding a small amount of botox just above the highest point of the higher brow.

The botox can migrate either at the time of injection or for a little while afterwards. The effect may only come on after days to 2 weeks later as the botox starts to work. The greater the volume injected the greater the risk of migration.
If the droopy eyelid is the result of an uneven application of Botox, this can be easily corrected with further injections. The doctor may also perform a non-surgical brow lift using dermal fillers to correct the ptosis. The doctor may prescribe some Apraclonidine 0,5% eyedrops.
Too much Botox in the forehead muscles can cause the eyebrows to droop, making the upper eyelids look very heavy and hooded. The face may look angry or sad all the time. Too much Botox around the eyes can dramatically affect facial expression. The face is simply frozen.
It performs equal to Botox's strength and lasts the same 3 to 4 months. The good news is that it begins working within several days of the injection.
Answer: Dysport
Spock brow after neuromodulator treatment (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) is easily fixable by using a small amount of product, anywhere from 1-3 units of Botox or 5-10 units of Dysport.
For brows that don't stay put throughout the day: Add a bit of hairspray, either on your brow brush (also called a spoolie) or fingertips. Then, lightly brush or tap the hairspray on your fingertips, a trick that will help keep your hairs in place.

Injecting the frontalis muscles (the two main forehead muscles above the eyebrows) instead of the corrugator supercilii muscle (smaller muscles around the eyebrows) can cause a “Mephisto Effect” or “Spock brows” — comically arched eyebrows.
Answer: Forehead lines can take time to disappear after Botox or Dysport. Some lines go away immediately after Botox or Dysport injections in the forehead, but others can be unchanged if the muscle is not adequately relaxed with the treatment.
Between 10 to 50 Units of botox
A forehead botox injection can require between 10 to 50 units needed in the forehead depending on the severity of your wrinkles. Allergan, the manufacturer of Botox suggests the amount of units that's recommended in the “five” sites of the forehead is 4 units.
In general, you should begin to see results between 24 and 72 hours, but some patients may not see full results for five days or more.
How many units of Botox are allowed on the forehead? For horizontal forehead lines, practitioners can inject up to 15–30 units of Botox. For “11” lines between the eyes (or glabellar lines), up to 40 units are indicated, with higher doses needed in male patients .
Botox is a temporary treatment. The treatment can last three to seven months, but the droopy eyelids will typically go away in four to six weeks.
Specifically, injections on the forehead or between the eyes may spread into the eyebrows and cause the brow to lower, causing a droopy eyelid. In most cases, droopy eyelid occurs between one and three weeks after treatment, and patients typically experience this adverse effect for just a few weeks.
