Kysse is one of the more affordable fillers at $750 per syringe. With a result duration of 9-12 months, and over 86% of treated patients saying they would choose Kysse, Kysse is a great choice for both results and cost-effectiveness.
Half syringes of Kysse™ are between $495 – $595.
For someone desiring a more defined border or slight plump, 1 syringe is usually enough. For those desiring voluminous lips often depicted on Instagram, more than one syringe will be needed. How many depends on the size of your lips to begin with and your desired outcome.
Most filler syringes contain 1.0 ml (milliliters or cc) of product. This includes products such as Restylane and Juvéderm–which also includes Voluma, Vollure, Ultra, and Volbella. Some fillers do come in larger (e.g., Radiesse-1.5 ml) or smaller sizes but let's discuss the vastly more commonly used 1.0 ml syringes.
Kysse is a lip filler that allows for flexible movement and volume that looks natural, not contrived or obvious. Once injected with Kysse, results can last anywhere from one to three years.
Enhanced Lip Color
The good news is that Kysse lip filler can naturally enhance the color of your lips with treatment! While it may not make a dramatic change, you can expect more pigment in your lips with Kysse lip filler.
Restylane Kysse is one of the longest-lasting lip filler options, and some patients can enjoy results for up to 12 months. Juvederm Ultra XC and Juvederm Volbella XC can last 6-12 months.
Depending on the injection site and amount of dermal filler, most HA fillers last from 6 – 12 months on average. Regardless of which dermal filler you use, two or three syringes are almost always recommended in order to achieve the most gorgeous outcomes.
How much is in one syringe of filler? Most fillers come in a syringe with 1mL of product. That is approximately 1/5th of a teaspoon. A small amount of product can go a long way, but many times optimal results require more than one syringe to obtain.
Answer: Lip enhancement
It is absolutely possible to do two syringes at the same treatment session.
How much lip filler do I need? The vast majority of first-timers will need 1ml and there are very few exceptions to this.
Conversely, for those patients who want a subtle change, with hydrated/rejuvenated and slightly defined lips, 0.5ml overall is the right amount. But, if you want an instant plump of the lips and a fuller look, 1ml of lip filler is the best choice.
Depending on the amount of lip fullness desired by the patient, 1 ml of filler or less is sufficient. In lip augmentation, 0.5-2 ml of filler injection is usually applied for the first time.
While some lip fillers last just three to six months, Restylane Kysse has been shown to last up to a year after injection. It is the longest lasting lip filler in the Galderma product line.
If you want to treat multiple facial areas, JUVÉDERM® Ultra XC is your best choice. If you want fewer injections along with enhanced flexibility, texture, and lip color, then Restylane® Kysse is your best choice.
Still, while you can do some light movements with your lips (like smiling or giving a peck on the cheek), you shouldn't kiss aggressively for at least 72 hours after getting lip fillers. Kissing might also be uncomfortable since the lips could be swollen or tender at first.
As well as stretching of the skin, excessive use of fillers can result in longer term damage including wrinkling of the lip and disturbance of the attachment of the facial fat pads and some degree of irregularity and ageing of the skin, he explains.
While dermal fillers, like Radiesse®, Juvéderm®, Restylane®, and Sculptra®, provide noticeable outcomes, results are temporary. This is because our bodies metabolize these products slowly over time. Most dermal fillers need to be readministered every 3 – 6 months with some lasting up to a year or longer.
Half-syringes are NOT a legitimate practice.
One syringe of filler you can expect slightly plumper lips with a smoother appearance. We use fillers like Restylane and Juvederm to create natural looking and feeling lips enhancement. Two syringes of dermal filler will get clients noticeably smoother and plumper and for some clients a true volume change.
Most commonly, just 1 syringe is used for augmenting the lips, regardless of the type of filler you use. Occasionally, we will build up to 2 or even 3 syringes in the lips for a patient, but this is usually an older patient who has lost some of the definition and structure in the lips, as well as volume.
“When you repeatedly enlarge the lips — pumping them up as big as possible — the filler can act as a tissue expander, permanently stretching the skin, and causing the lips to sag and deflate when the filler eventually degrades, leaving you in worse shape than when you started,” she explains.
When Will I See Results from Restylane Kysse? You will notice an immediate increase in volume after your Restylane Kysse treatment, but it will take time for your results to settle, with the best results around two weeks after your treatment.
Hyaluronic acid, or HA, naturally occurs in the body and not only attracts moisture (and volume) to the lips but also stimulates the lips' own ability to produce more collagen. This means you get immediate, natural-looking results and you also see a gradual improvement in your lip area as collagen increases. Dr.
