To maintain a full, soft and lush look, we recommend only 1 set of refills (or in rare cases an absolute maximum of two) in between each full set. Think of it like this- if you applied hairspray to your hair too many times in between washes, your hair would be stiff and clumpy.
With this in mind, it is typically recommended to get lash fills done every two-to-three weeks. Since everyone's eyelashes and eyelash goals are different and therefore require different levels and kinds of regular maintenance, having a strong and open sense of communication with your lash technician is key.
The Amount of Adhesive Being Used
This is why we do not recommend relying on refills indefinitely. For the best possible bond and to avoid too much adhesive build up on your lash line, a new set of extensions will be required after a fill in or two.
A full refill includes 25–45 new extensions applied per eye to really nail that fullness factor. If more always equals better for you, you can also up the ante with 10, 20 or 30 extra lashes.

It All Comes Down To Your Upkeep
Women who can handle their maintenance and who are regulars at the lash studio will always have a gorgeous full set. This means that you should book your refills every 2-3 weeks to maintain the outcome. Doing a new, fresh, and full set is recommended only every 5-6 months.
If there are less than 50% of your lashes gone from your previous service you will need to schedule a full set. If there are more or around 50% of your lashes left then you will need a fill in (of course this decision is made by your technician).

Your lash extensions only last a week!
This often happens when not enough lash extensions have been applied. If you think you've found the cheapest technician around then the chances are they aren't spending enough time during the appointment to provide a long lasting, full lash effect.
Lash extension fills are simply new lashes placed on natural lashes as the old ones are about to fall off. Ideally, your client should come in every two to four weeks, but longer wait times may mean a longer treatment time as more lashes will need to be filled.
Comb your lashes as a daily practice, using a regular-sized or mini brush. Brushing your lashes in between fills helps make them look fuller and keeps your lash fans from closing. Make sure to be gentle, especially at the root, to keep the bases from lifting.
If your lash extensions are too heavy for your natural lashes to be able to support, this can cause your lashes to shed prematurely, which can impact their natural growth cycle. Lash extensions that are too heavy for your natural lashes can cause your lashes to grow back thinner and lead to natural lash loss.
There's no hard-and-fast rule about how much time you should spend sans extensions, but we'd recommend at least a month. This gives your lash cycle time to reboot itself, with those baby lashes growing through nice and strong. It also gives any lash serums a chance to really work their magic!
We recommend a minimum of two months rest from eyelash extensions to allow natural lashes to recover and for full regrowth.
Natural lash shedding- Our eyelashes naturally shed. As eyelash extensions are attached to your natural eyelashes, it is normal for the extensions to fall out as the natural lashes replace themselves.

Their application takes 60-90 minutes to do (based on your preferred look) and the whole thing is harmless! Lash extensions are water-resistant. It is very important to not cry during the process as crying can spread the glue/vapors causing irritation. Crying during the process will also make it very difficult for the glue to dry and bond the extension to your lashes.
