On the paired iPhone tap the Fitness icon, then "Summary" in the lower left corner. Then "Show More" in the Workouts section. Swipe left on the Workout you want to delete and tap Delete.

On the iPhone, open the Fitness app. Tap Show More to browse workouts by months and by type until you find the one you want to delete. End a workout on Apple Watch
Go to the Workout app on your Apple Watch. Swipe right, then tap End. Turn the Digital Crown to scroll through the results summary, then tap.
Resume an activity: Press the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time, swipe right and tap Resume, or swipe left and tap.
On your iPhone, open the Watch app. Tap the My Watch tab, then tap Privacy > Reset Fitness Calibration Data.
Select the workout you want to edit. Scroll to where it shows Related Samples. You can modify existing workouts and create just the workout you want. Go to the Workout app on your Apple Watch. Turn the Digital Crown to the workout you want to do. , then tap Create Workout.
You can start an Apple Fitness+ workout or meditation from your iPhone or iPad. Apple Fitness+ workouts are for all levels. After starting a workout, you can pause and resume at any time and see a workout summary at the end.
On iOS: Swipe left on a specific workout, then tap "Delete." On Android: Tap and hold the workout you want to delete, then tap the "Delete" icon in the upper right. *Note: Deleting a workout on either the app or website will remove the workout from your calendar and history entirely.
Tap your profile picture in the health app iPhone. Tap on a listed device and scroll to the bottom and choose the option to Delete All Data from “Device Name”. When you delete all your health data from your iPhone, it resets your awards and badges on any paired Apple Watch.
