DO apply ice to reduce pain and swelling. As soon as you notice the blemish, wrap an ice cube in a paper towel and apply it to the area for five to 10 minutes. Repeat this two more times, with 10-minute breaks between icing. DO apply a product that contains 2 percent benzoyl peroxide to the pimple.
By applying some fresh aloe vera gel over the acne will help in settling a pimple overnight. Tea tree oil is well known for its antibacterial properties. Dilute 2 drops of tea tree oil with a few drops of coconut oil and apply it gently on the pimple. Let it sit for a few hours and wash off with warm water.
