None! With FALSCARA you'll get the same lash extension look you get when you go to a salon but it's way more affordable, you can apply it in seconds at your home, it does not damage your natural lashes, it's comfortable to wear and customize it the way to you like it.
If you can mascara then you can Falscara, that's for sure. No clumps, no smudges, no strips and no damage to your natural lashes. Designed by Kiss with a unique microband, these lashes are applied underneath your natural lashes for a super natural look.
Falscara Downsides
Falscara's one major shortcoming is its tweezer tool, which can't curve around your eye and secure everything in place the way Lashify's does. In the end, I got by with my fingers and the Falscara tweezers, but the process wasn't as seamless. My bare lashes. Lashify "Amplify" lashes.
To remove the BOND and SEAL and OVERNIGHTER residue, coat your natural lashes with the EASY JELLY REMOVER generously. Wait for 30 seconds for it to soak in and gently rinse with water.
Lash extensions should only ever be applied to your lashes, never to your skin. This is because the glue can rip out natural lashes that have just started growing, as well as clog your hair follicle. This can also cause skin irritation and lead to problems beyond damaged natural lashes, such as dermatitis.
Damage to Your Natural Lashes
Unfortunately, fake eyelashes may also cause temporary or permanent loss of your real eyelashes. Taking the fake lashes off can break your natural lashes, and even damage the hair follicle. When this happens, your own lashes can fail to grow back.
A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology revealed that the harsh chemicals in some adhesive formulas can weaken and break natural lashes over time. This damage can result in thinning, breakage, and even permanent loss, undermining the very beauty that extensions are meant to enhance.
Nothing concerning about sleeping with false lashes, people do it all the time. These are no different. Just make sure not to use too much bond so they don't stick while you sleep, and use a small amount of the sealer too otherwise you will get white residue.
FALSCARA is designed to be water-resistant, but how long it lasts can vary from person to person. Some folks find that applying more bond and seal helps it stay on longer, especially in water. So, if you want it to last longer in water, you might want to apply a bit more!
Professionally done, lash lifts are a great alternative to extensions since the lift will last between six and eight weeks. They require basically zero maintenance between lifts. You won't even need to use mascara, though you can if you really want to.
If you've heard of or used Lashify, you'll recognise that Falscara is simply Kiss's cheaper answer to Lashify's own (and first on the market, to be fair,) false lash extension system.
Overnighter Long Wear Sealer, a new addition to the FALSCARA system, makes FALSCARA wisps wear more like real Lash Extensions. Overnighter is an option for extended wear of wisps, with stronger hold up to 14 days.
Personally, I would always choose silk or faux-mink over synthetic, to create a natural look. Softer and more flexible, less stiff and plasticky looking, they usually last longer as well. It may take more of them to create the dramatic look of synthetic lashes though, which some people do love.
Taking them off is much more simple than putting them on. I just soak a cotton pad in micellar water or eye makeup remover and gently hold it over my eye until the bond dissolves and I can gently pull them off. Just like regular falsies, they can be cleaned and reused a few times before they're ready to be tossed.
In 2020, Lashify sued Kiss Nail Products Inc. for patent infringement after alleging that Kiss violated two Lashify patents when it launched the Kiss Falscara Eyelash Starter Kit, which contains lashes, an applicator, and bonding and sealing products.
Like the hair on the rest of your body, your eyelashes can fall out. Thankfully, they also grow back. It takes a couple of months for lashes to grow back under normal circumstances. However, your lashes don't typically all fall out at once, so you won't notice that they're in the process of growing back.
You'll remove Bond from your natural lashes in the same way you remove it from your Gossamer lashes. Using Melt Away or any dual-phase, oil-based makeup remover and a clean spoolie, swipe through your natural lashes to remove the Bond.
FALSCARA - THE NEW WAY TO LASH. PREPARATION: Do not apply mascara before or after Falscara. Brush a light coat of BOND on natural lashes.
Results are as beautiful, comfortable and realistic looking as lash extensions–at a fraction of the time and price! Super easy to apply, Falscara wisps are reusable up to 3 times, and wearable for a day or up to 10 days.
Eyelashes that have turned a lighter colour than usual, have dark spots, or look rough instead of smooth, could be damaged. Discolouration can be caused by various factors, including excessive use of mascara, improper lash care, harsh adhesives, or incorrect eyelash extension application and removal.
Lash Damage: Cluster lashes are heavier than individual lashes, which can put extra strain on your natural lashes. If not applied correctly, they can cause your natural lashes to break or fall out. Removal can also be difficult with glue not coming off properly or easily - causing natural lashes to be pulled out.
