An eyebrow tattoo will not harm any existing eyebrow hairs, as hair growth is mainly affected by hormones, health, and to a lesser extent, nutrition. However in some clients, getting an eyebrow tattoo can possibly stimulate hair to grow in the area that the tattoo is done. When this happens it's a real added bonus!
Well, a simple answer is; yes, the hair will grow back, regardless of the tattoo! The hair may not grow as fast as it would usually do after a razor shave. The skin is damaged after the tattooing process, so the focus of the body is on wound healing first.
Eyebrow tattooing is brute force. It uses a tattoo gun that is not only painful, but causes permanent damage and scarring to your brows. On the other hand, microblading artists draw each eyebrow hair by hand, just below your skin surface. The results are beautiful, lifelike and natural brows.
The type of ink used in the tattoo, the location and the size and scope of the tattoo design. Laser tattoo removal happens very quickly that chances of damaging hair follicles is minimal.
Although scar tissue itself does not allow hair to grow but know that scar tissue can grow hair and increase hair follicle growth if the hair follicles get carefully transplanted into the area.
Hair doesn't naturally grow in scar tissue because there aren't any hair follicles in a scar. Hair follicles are capsules underneath the skin that hold and regrow hair. Blood vessels under follicles help them grow and regenerate. But when a scar forms on damaged skin, hair follicles don't grow back.
Salt removal is one of the most popular methods for removing permanent eyebrows. There are two methods for using salt to remove permanent makeup: Applying salt topically to the epidermis and removing with gentle exfoliation. Using salt to bind to permanent ink pigments (thus, drawing them out of the skin).
In most cases they can. Badly shaped brows and unnatural colours can be reworked and brought back to a natural look with the use of corrective pigments and removal solutions that fade or remove old pigment. Your expectations must be realistic, as results are not always comparable to new permanent makeup treatments.
Microblading eyebrows lasts 1 to 2 years. Eyebrow tattoos last forever. Regular eyebrow tattoos last a lifetime, but with microblading, ink is not placed as deep underneath the skin.
No Eyebrow Tattoo Will Ever Look 'Natural'
Due to changes being made to your brows, any form of tattooing will never look 'natural'. As microblading blurs over time and can be more traumatic to skin, I chose to specialise in the powder/ombre technique.
Microblading creates a more natural end result compared to eyebrow tattooing, which results in brows that appear “drawn on” and flat. This is because the microblading technique creates individual hair-like strokes that are identical to hair growth pattern of the surrounding eyebrow hair.
The hair of the eyebrows are made up of keratin protein, and egg is a great source of protein. Keratin is a major ingredient in most hair growth supplements. Egg yolks are also a rich source of biotin, which helps your brows grow. You will get a faster growth rate if you use this treatment twice a week.
Shaving over the tattoo site will not only be painful, but it can also damage the tattoo itself. Give your skin anywhere from two weeks to a month to fully heal. This means no scabbing, peeling, or shininess on or around the tattoo site.
Your hair will grow back in the tattooed area. If that area is particularly hairy, the visibility of your tattoo may be reduced, but it's doubtful that it would be invisible. As you can expect, everyone will have a different experience based on how much hair is in the area.
Never wax over a new tattoo until it is completely healed (anywhere from 4-6 weeks); do so over freshly inked skin and it's essentially waxing an open wound.
If the Permanent Makeup Artist uses too cold pigment on cold skin tone it might result in blue eyebrows. What's more aggressive and too deep microblading might also result in blue eyebrows. Deep pigmentation causes the pigment to get into blood vessels, this might result in a blue tattoo look.
Lemon and Salt
Salt penetrates deep into the skin and helps the ink to fade out, and the vitamin C in lemon juice replenishes the skin. Therefore, this is a great way to remove a permanent tattoo with lemon juice.
Exfoliate your brows after they've healed completely.
Use a drugstore exfoliating product on your tattooed brows to grind away the topmost layers of skin. While the results may not be instantaneous, you might notice your brows lightening naturally. Exfoliating masks can also work well for this kind of treatment.
Sea Salt - Once a day for the next 10 days, mix crushed organic sea salt with luke warm water, use 2 clean cotton pads soaked and rinsed in this sea salt water mix to gently cleanse the unwanted eyebrow tattoo areas in gentle, patting motion. Leave on for a couple of minutes. Take off and rinse clean with clean water.
Avoid using chemical skin exfoliants on the brows and forehead area. Use of these products will cause premature fading and tattoo discoloration. Examples may include but are not limited to: Glycolic Acid, Hydroquinone, Retinol, Retin A, Vitamin C, "peels" or "brightening."
Microblading can be removed. There are several ways in which this can be done. The most common one is laser treatment. The advantage of microblading is that, unlike other forms of tattooing, it can usually be removed with a couple of laser treatments.
It was once believed that when eyebrows were shaven or lost, they wouldn't grow back. However, unless you have an underlying medical condition that is causing your hair loss, your eyebrows should grow back.
Answer: Trimming the eyebrow
Your eyebrow growth rates and growth patterns will not be affected by the trimming and will grow as they did before. It will simply take a few weeks.
