Take five and breathe (five days that is) The number one rule for a botched eyebrow tint is to not stress about the immediate colour. Eyebrow dye always fades within the first week due to the skin's natural oils and regular showering/cleansing.
This is because your skin is also tinted during the application process. -Please keep in mind this will fade after 1-3 days after you have had time to wash your face + natural oils have worked out some of the tint from the skin behind your brows.
Although it's not a problem to get your eyebrows wet after a tinting treatment, you can try to avoid washing for at least 12 hours. You should also avoid excessive touching or rubbing for 24 hours to avoid irritation. Chlorine can also shorten the wear of your tint, so be wary if you're a regular swimmer.

Clean brows will ensure the tint can absorb properly. DO wash your face and shower after eyebrow tinting. Try to avoid applying oil based products directly on your eyebrows or using harsh face washes that will lighten the tint more quickly. DON'T hit the beach or go swimming after eyebrow tinting.
Tinting is a more affordable, semi-permanent treatment that will give you the appearance of fuller, darker brows but requires maintenance treatments to maintain results, since results only last three to eight weeks.
Combine a teaspoon of baking soda with your normal shampoo to form a thick paste. Apply the paste to your brows and massage in, leave the paste on your brows for a few minutes before rinsing clear. Even the new generation of Henna brow dyes tend to change colour a little as they fade, becoming a bit orangey – and I've found this to be the case regardless of the brand or colour that I use. Why You Should Tint Your Brows
Tinting will immediately make brows appear thicker. Tinting enhances your brows, at least temporarily (it lasts about a month—and even up to six weeks if you're lucky). It gives brows a more natural look (versus using a makeup pencil to fill brows).

It is important that the brow henna absorbs well into the skin and dries. When you wet your freshly applied Henna Brows you do not give the henna enough time to be absorbed into the skin and the stain will fade faster.
