To dissolve lip fillers, you'll need to receive injections of hyaluronidase (Hyalase) near the filler. Hyaluronidase is a concentrated synthetic form of an enzyme that naturally occurs in your body. When injected, it begins to break down the filler, speeding up the dissolving process that would take place over time.
Lip fillers aren't permanent. They slowly wear away over time, usually 12 to 18 months after you get them, depending on your metabolism. You may need routine touch-up treatments to maintain your desired volume.
Lip fillers can take 6-12 months to dissolve naturally but if you're unhappy with how you look, have visible bumps from the initial injections, or have other complications you may want quicker results. So, how do you dissolve lip filler?

Answer: Dissolving Juvederm can be done at anytime, but usually wait at least a week after injection. Using hyaluronidase to dissolve Juvederm can be done at anytime. The results of a treatment take about 7-10 days to fully appreciate because Juvederm tends to spread a little. I'd wait, but it's up to you.
Will my lips look saggy or stretched out after injections wear off? Nope! You don't need to worry about dealing with a “deflated” look as the hyaluronic acid fades. The skin on your mouth and lips will return to their normal appearance without any sagging or stretching.
Do Lip Fillers Cause Necrosis or Tissue Damage? It is possible to have temporary changes in the appearance of your lips or face after dermal fillers, but irreversible damage can happen too. Necrosis, which means filler was injected into a blood vessel causing tissue death, can have long term effects.

When too much filler is injected into one area it's too much for the lips to hold and it migrates. Lip filler migrating can also be caused by injections placed too close together. If they aren't spaced properly, it can cause the skin to be filled too quickly, forcing it to migrate.
